Developing players MASTER LEAGUE

It is happening again
Lot of fake players in that list though, I wish there was a way to filter them.

There is a semi way. If they have an actual face icon they are real. If they don't they are probably fake, but some might be real, like Bakkali.

There is a filter but it doesn't work properly as it considers players to be fake if they have fake names. The former #10 Montsalvatge, now named Gurpegui, is considered a real player due to not having a fake name over him. On the other hand, Paddy McNair is a fake player.

You should always take time to look at your youth team at every transfer window opening. And always spend your money on promising young lads out there on market. There are some aged players who have just retired, then the next transfer window they will reborn, 16 years old and OR always over 70.

I'm in 2018 right now, have been playing Arsenal since started. Here are some of my youngster who are very promising:

- Klose, 16 years, Overall Rating 79 (HomeGrown).
- Pirlo, 17 years, OR 86 (bought from Juve for 36 pound mil)
- Lampard, 16 years, 79 (HG).
- Etoo, 16 years, 76 (bought for 26 mil).
- Crouch, 16 years, 73 (HG)
- Rio Ferdinand, 16 years, 74 (HG).
- R. Carvalho, 16 years, 77 (HG).
- S. Gerrard, 16 years, 78 (bought for 11 mil).
- F. Torress, 16 years, 77 (bought for 15 mil).

Some other key players are still growing:
- David Alaba, 93.
- Pogba, 92.
- Szczesny, 91.
- R. Varane, 92.
- Hazard, 95.

You should always keep aged players to teach the youngsters, boost them from 10% to 25% efficiency.

Yeah, it's just a bit silly that all those reborn 16 year old youngsters already have a load of skills including "Captaincy". Having just sold a 38 year old Gerrard, I looked through my team and found that none of the remaining players had the Captaincy skill, so I promoted a few of the youngsters to the first team and now Woking FC are Captained by a toddler. It seems to be working though as we're just 3 points of the Champions League places in our second season (first in the Prem) on Superstar.

By the way, do we know if these players would improve on their own in the Youth squad? If they do improve, is it generally slower than if you promote them to the main squad?
