This is one of the worst soccer games I ever played. Even the soccer games used to be in the ATARI during the 1990's are more logical and realistic than this crap. Every goal my opponent score is either a mistake of the keeper, or the defense run away from the ball or an own goal... Truly disgusted by the way you control the game possession and creates the best chances and in the end you end up losing most of the times. I tried all possible defensive strategies, nothing fucking makes sense. Garbage garbage garbage I swear!!! Next year I will download the crack and play vs CPU, KONAMI and seabass jack ass does not deserve a dim on this code. :shocking::realmad:

Before I proceed, just FYI, I been playing PES/ ISS since '98 on PS1. And been on Top Player.
Ok. Now to it.
I totally agree with you on this.
It (the game) looked good at first, but the more and more you play, the more these issues come up. Some game spoiling moments of which I have noticed.
1. Defenders catching up with attackers in 2 secs (like you mentioned) a.k.a Rio Ferdinand catching up with C.RONALDO!!! and beating him to the ball.. What more shit would you want to see? Damn! :O
2. Some matches are so scripted that the goalkeeper is either superman in disguise or the ball likes the woodwork better. Or your players were at the pub the previous night (wild shooting).
3. Awkward shooting anims & styles. The player shoots with the outside of the boot, and the ball swings inward? The guy has his back towards the goal and swings the boot to take a shot, much rather seeing it curl towards the top corner like one from Carlos. And with that much power too.
4. The opposition always, always gets through your defense with through balls. And your defense, with player ratings of 99, or 110, just stand there and watch. Wow! Defensive headers are sometimes unresponsive too.
5. I keep gnashing the buttons for player pressure and player support along with standard tackling, but all these guys do is run with the attacker? Wow again.
6. Transfer market is so blinded, Messi, Ronaldo, Drogba, Iniesta, Kaka, Xavi are in Chelsea... And oh yea, Rooney is playing for Wolfsburg.
7. All that the goal keepers do is jump with two flailing arms. I have never seen this happen in a game of football. Two arms over the head all the time? Yea, probably high school.
8. The referee gives yellow cards to tackles from behind and if is the last defender (?). If it is inside the box, sometimes no body knows why the penalty was given. Sometimes for blatant tackles, play just goes on. And I used to think, I never seen a red card. And two days back, I did. Some opponent just nudged my player off the ball. :-/
9. Notice that when the game starts, or the opponents starts with the ball, Always beware for the first two minutes that you might not get the ball whatever you do, and they might end up scoring. Doesn't matter if they are coming from behind, or going ahead. Seems to be a criteria. (But there is a way to change this, heavily pressure from different players :-/)
10. I make short pass to the player near me, and it ends up wit someone who is in an offside position... Why, oh Why???
And its with the same power that I used).
These days I scream at the game when things change from the usual way it does. I thought games were supposed to be fun (even when technical). Not to make you more desperate and stuff. Sometimes it doesn't reward you with what you come up with.
11. Once you lose the ball, why can't you immediately be allowed to switch to a player in the defensive position. Instead it just keep switching between players in the forwards. X(
12. The game was tested prior to release? Who tested it?
This game is engineered to advertise, not for freedom.
This comes from a guy who LOVED playing PES.
Why did they have to remove stuff that weren't broken?
Even though I say all this, I still play 4 games on Master League everyday ... hmm.. no other option I guess. I won't be paying for 2012 anyway.
