PES 2011 is by way the best PES ever.
With all the opportunities it offers us. If you are not the masters and do not understand it to use, then you can not be helped. Most of the errors you describe happen only if you can not dominate the opponent.

how do you stop the defenders from running away from the ball? how do you tell the stupid defenders to go "there" because the ball is going to go "there"? defenders keep on running back from the ball or following the attacker after he receives a through pass clear on goal!!!!!!!
how do you tell your attacker to sprint when there are 10 monkeys after him? how do you tell him to be real and don't die now that he had a long through pass on goal?
how do you tell the opponents players that now you should be tired cause you ran like a monkey all game long applying pressure?
how do you tell the goal keeper to stay in the middle of the goal line and not drift to one side or another leaving one side clearly open?
how do you tell your attackers to go closer to the goal so that i can get a throw pass to where they are suppose to be not behind the defensive wall...
you cant do all that!!! so this game sucks so you stop defending it cause you know it sucks big time its the worst science fiction polished game ever :w00t :ninja: :shocking: :no:

You can move your player where you want by "Super Control" (R1+R2)
To place the keeper where you want press L1+Triangle
Every striker has his own ways to go, some run in front for a through ball, other sstand in front of the Defense to keep the ball and pass it back.
Do a double pass with L1+X and your Attacker rans through the defense, then press Triangle for the pass
I can not help you if you can not use all the oppurtunities

no you cannot help me because you cannot change this game... this game sucks!! i wish i can show you some games i played... so ridiculous... i control possession over 60%, create 10 chances all of them are realistic chances to score... then my opponents gives this shit through ball as usual... shoots, the ball rebounds from the stupid keeper and then somebody dives in between 10 defenders and scores it... this game sucks... every single game i play against opponents in D1 D2 D3 who have fast stars is the worst game i ever played... it sucks

If you don't come up with more constructive posts, you will be banend MichelBallack. We don't mind people pointing out the flaws in PES in their opinion, but for one to incessantly state "it sucks" or "it's shit" with no real constructive comments to add is just pathetic. Not to mention the areas you're complaining about already have plenty of threads of the very same nature, and it's been done to death.

Actually i think online this game is beyond a joke in gameplay terms. Offline i do like it but online is just a mess. The list is endless, Cursor switching, the cheating AI making sure that that if your one nil up your team will go to shit in the last min just so the other team gets a last chance shot.
The power guage for passing is a good idea but even a slight lag can turn passing into a joke. With no animation in tackling, the game just lets you get close to someone press pressure button and bingo you have made a tackle. Pes 2011 demo had it perfect with fouls if you went through someone with the pressure button, then they chanced it in the full game. Now every game online is just ping pong without any thought into tackling.
Keepers are still shocking, the 3 up front gliche formation which everybody is using is a joke, players are very sluggish because the game speed is to slow even without lag input. It needed to be +1 because the game feels like -2 online.
The list could be endless. All i know is that unless a big improvement online i will not buy this year. Sick of getting burnt.
