If you're on wireless, maybe the connection signal is not strong enough. My friend also have this problem. Try moving your ps3 closer to the router.

Check your modem then. See if you're recieving the internet signal. Then start the ps3 again, and try to connect it again. Do the connection test on the ps3 also. Try again and again. It may take some tries.
But it's weird that you're on wired and it does that error.

already tries for many times..but still the same problem:crymore:

^Ask from where you got the ps3 then. Maybe it has something wrong. I don't know what else to try sorry. On the ps3 settings CHECK the internet connection. Make it on BTW otherwise you won't recieve any signals.

^But it's not pes' problem. It's more of a ps3 problem. If I were you, I would ask sony aswell.:)
