I just bought FC3 PLUS (http://gizmodo.com/5098589/yobo-fc3-plus-plays-nes-snes-and-genesis-cartridges) for $60 at my local video gaming store. It plays NES, SNES and Genesis cartridges. Popped in SMB+DuckHunt and let me tell ya, I started to re-live my early childhood memories. Yes, PS3, XBOX 360 and Wii are just superb next-gen consoles but man even these 3 didn't bring as much as happiness and joy like good old Mario and Nintendo did.

I'm on a mission to beat SMB once again.

If you want to buy NES, I suggest you buy this FC3 Plus console. It's absolutely sick!!

My NES is back at my Grandmother's house in Barbados. As well as my SNES, N64 and Playstation.

I wouldn't buy one now, but if I had mine over here, I'd definitely play it from time to time.

LOVED this game.

I'm looking forward to my kids being old enough to play games. I'm going to get them on my old NES, then a couple of months later just blow their minds with a PS3 !!

LOL you should work them up through the systems, getting them a better one every six months or something. And then give them the 'we didn't have all these xstations and playboxes when i was a kid' lecture. As for the NES, awesome! You know you can get emulators of all the oldschool consoles now so you can play them on your PC.
