Does live updates mess up national teams??

Like in the title. All my edited nt teams are reset to fake names except their kits. Do live updates mess up nt teams?? Now i tried with overwriting them with only the ted files without the kits but then the existing kits dissappear to default so i have to import them all like from the start. ;):erm::blush:

So if yes.. do i have to import them each time after live updates? And who knows which teams are messed up too? So what is the best then? Not applying updates??
