Dramatic improvement

Hi, I'm a newbie here!

For 2016, dramatic improvement system seems to be a bit different from 2015. When the red upper arrow flashes, does player's rating matter like 2015? It seems that no matter how bad I played (like 5.0 rating), the player still improves. The flashing arrow seems to last for several games. and I'm wondering what would be the best way to get the most out of this opportunity.

Also, I'm wondering if this only happens once. If my loaned player shows dramatic improvement in the other team, he won't have it anymore?

In PES 15, if red arrow flashes, your player's OVR stats might increase, but sometime might not, a message will show up and tell you wether or not your player's development is successful. In PES 16, red arrow flashing means surely your player will increase his stats, just the matter of how much he will develop.

Yet I have not found the best way to keep this opportunity going for as long as possible, this seem to be random(cant confirm), my player still flashes after 4 or 5 matches. Maybe using him scoring goals can make the opportunity last longer...not sure. But I think as long as you place him in the first lineup, it will be fine.

I dont know how many times the red flashing will occur for one player, need to test it out by playing ML for longer. My LMF already increase his OVR stats from 68 to 72 because of the flashing opportunity. But I think this could just happen once for one player, maybe not. At the moment, 2 of my players have the red arrow flashing at the same time.

Have not tried loaned out players, so dont know about that.

You are welcome, one of my CB Natali got red arrow flashing, his dribbling, pass, body balance are all up by 1 point, and his match rating is 6.0. I also want to know if the player's stats increase is related to his match rating,if it is, how much it will develop. Although I found it really hard to increase CB's match rating too. Yet my goalie has not got red arrow flashings, I am wondering what will trigger off the red arrow flashing.

The player's form/condition is shown through Colored arrows. Red being the highest and purple being the lowest, they range : red, orange, green, blue, purple. What was being referred in the above posts is the Glowing red arrow that a player gets in the ML if he is having a breakthrough/dramatic improvement. A player with such an arrow has his stats improved quickly in accordance with the ratings that he gets.

You should get a notification saying something like 'xxx is showing signs of improvement' or something... Just make it a point to atleast read what that secretary guy says on each date.
Maybe someone can post a screenshot of the message that comes or confirm the above.

About time I update this. Today's exam is gone so I have a bit of free time now.

January arrived in style! Quaresma joined the youth team and was promptly promoted. Buffon flourishes non-stop and gets to world class levels at the age of... 17! But the biggest surprises came for Denmark...

Fischer flourishes as well. Depay who? Yussuf Poulsen joins Pescara in a deal worth a lot of money. Why? Because look at these modafokin stats!

Scoring some good 0.8 headers per game, Yussuf likes to terrorize defences with his hair and unreal acceleration. Coutinho's got some real challenge this time...

Attacking options at Pescara underwent what can only be describe as a revolution. Keita Baldé came in for the place of Kobzar, after one-and-a-half seasons of pragamatic football. Andersen is now on the right alongside Martial and wonderkid Quaresma, with Baldé joining Fischer on the left.

Jarvis was let out of his misery and exiled himself in some 3rd world club. To replace his sorry ass former concrete post Luca Toni was brought from the youth team. Now if you think this is bad business, refrain from speaking. Because Toni spent two full weeks at the club before being sold for 7 million euros. Pure profit.

For the same reasons former bad-quality-concrete post Something Zigic was brought, not from the youth team, but from unemployment. Poor lad never knew what hit him when he was loaned out to somewhere over the rainbow.

Yussuf's worst friend (61 crossing, really?), Maggio likes to go forward and forget he's a defender. Alongside Bellerin they form the most fastest quick partnership on the right flank... in the world. But if what you need is power, go no further and ask for a Giorza at the café. Lvl 2. Leader, already a legend for getting to 70 pace, he somehow keeps on playing despite the kids competition. Some might say this is bad, I say this position is sorted for the next seasons...

Edit: Played a few games now. Fischer is rated 85 already, and got a Maestro role. Which is great, because I have exactly 1 player with is position (SS): him.

Good news though, as Coutinho is flourishing as well. I'm gonna call Pescara "The Brotherhood of Red Arrows" from now on.

Edit: Strange, my secretary said a player was showing signs of improvement and i should make him play more, but there was no glowing arrow and he didn't improved at all.
