Error with VRAM

I have a strange problem. I could play PES13 on windows Vista but when I changed it to Win7 I can't do it anymore. There is a table which says that my computer does not meet system requirements(it needs vram 128MB but it shows that my computer has only 64MB). It is funny, because before Win7 installation there was not problem like this. And system requirements for Vista and Win7 is similar. So what should I do to fix this problem? I've tried to change my vram settings by bios but there was not any settings like this in my computer.:unsure:

What video card do you have? Have you installed Windows 7 drivers for your card? Do other games work fine? Have you tried, not that you should have to, to run PES in compatibility mode?

windows 7 have different memory mapping and probably they didn't recognize your card right? see if there is any conflict by opening the device manager and see if the graphics card is sharing the same irq with other devices. if it doesn't change the addressing your memory card or some other card manually.

This is a very old bug and is strange that i see it again.
