Is Moyes gonna sign Jo at the end of the season? It's just I bought an Everton jersey about three weeks ago in the JJB sports mega store in Liverpool. It was only £13, and for an extra tenner you got a name, number and the Prem League badges on the sleeves. I got Jo, 11, on the back, as it looks quite cool and different. But if he leaves, jersey's destroyed! I could have got Jags..:crymore:

I'd say the chances are slim to none. Moyes said something along those lines as he doesn't think they could afford to do it.

Anyone buying an named Everton jersey of anything other than Fellaini is dead to me.

But he won't get a kick at City next year after they've finished shopping in the summer. I think he'd be awesome at Everton next year if he stayed. Should have got Jagielka or Fellaini.

As you said, City would probably have better strikers by the start of the new season. So maybe City could give them a cut price or another loan. On the other hand, Everton would then have too many strikers on their books considering Yakubu is back next year.

The result and performance didn't surprise me in the slightest after the way they played against us last week. Fellaini is flying at the moment in that holding role.

Original?

Derseved win, City weren't at the races once Robinho came on for Santa Cruz. The ball wouldn't stick and there was no-one to hold up the ball. Midfield was dominated by Everton, no surprise as they had 4/5 in midfield and we had De Jong and Barry. By the time Benjani came on there was no way back.

That said I feel we were unfortunate to lose, the free kick just crept in and the penalty was soft. Shirt pulls happen so often in the game and don't get given, can't complain as it was a penalty but on another day it wouldn't have been given. Wouldn't have been harsh on Everton had we scraped a draw though.

Fellaini was (literally) head and shoulders above all the City midfielders, really impressive performance; bet Moyes will play him where he loves to play more often after that too.

Bet he'll also be pleased to know, the form he's currently in, that more people will judge him by his feet and not his afro. :D

2 points dropped there. I feel that Everton are really missing Landon Donovan. He ignited Everton's season when he arrived and its no surprise to me everton were rather sluggish today without him. Obviously missing Arteta wouldn't help but anytime Donovan haad the ball, you could feel he was going to creat a chance.

He has an attitude problem. Not surprised at the price.
Inflated ego?

He did well in his first spell at Everton whilst on loan. Wouldn't be surprised to see a repeat of that. Presumably Martinez will give him that 'free role' once again with which he can be effective.
