Palermo was suppose to be in Serie B but didnt get a license in July so Konami removed them. they are in Serie D now.

KV Mechelen was promoted in Belgium but was found guilty of match fixing during the 17-18 season. So there weren't suppose to be promoted. Beerslot was going to take there place. Mechelen appealed and won so they are in the first division again.

So probably they will stay fake and be free slots for editing? Kinda like what happened with Bastia in PES 2018 (if I'm not mistaken)? That would be good, we already have few slots in Europe to edit, we need some more (at least I need to make my projects, now that we will have all european national teams my european club teams project would be even better, but not sure if I can add one from each european country like I did on PES 2018 :( )

These two teams (SI PINK BLACK and WILRIJK PW) are fake teams with 23 editable players.

Thanks for the explanation.

Nice to know, thanks

Btw, Italian Serie B is supposed to become licensed in an update, isn't it? When they do that, it would be good for me if they added the fake teams to Other Europe like when they did when they licensed Chinese League in PES 2019... It would really increase the editing possibilities. But I'm aware that won't happen :(

No, only Serie A will be licensed.

I think it will be like the Bastia-case on 18 or like tge two Chinese clubs last year that were relegated and becamfe fake. Explanation is pretty much what the The Dude said. 100% accurate.
About serie B, i saw somewhere a tweet from pesasia saying that serie B will be licensed in a future dlc. But considering how Italian licenses work, i assume it will be just a League logo, a ball and a physical trophy in celebrations. If the rumor comes true, of course.

In the current state it is a double edge sword. If they stay fifpro licensed half-fake and editable, it allows space for more creativity. If it gets licensed all clubs; it saves us time and image slots.
The ideal would be to let us create more fake EU leagues, so we could create or regional leagues, as from most OFs PEU is occupied by Bundesliga.

Beerschot was supposed to be promoted, but Mechelen got promoted instead on a technicality. The licensed Beerschot is in the default game, so I will try to base copy all the players, save the tactics etc. and hopefully the kits get published like before. So we could have an extra Belgian club for league mode. It's a prominent traditional club.

It makes no sense to license the league and not license the teams as well. Also, they didn't bother changing the names of Italia Serie B teams like they did with all the others, which suggests that they won't stay like that for long. Let's see what happens. I can't create new teams over Serie B anyway (Serie A is licensed and that kinda locks out every editing option) so it would be better to get those licensed, at least it would save kit slots.

I agree with you, I like having half-fake teams because it allows you to either apply an OF and get the correct team or create whatever teams you want in those slots. However, too many of those would take a long time to edit and would take a lot of image slots. Creating new leagues would be awesome, I guess they don't add it because of technical limitations, I'm hoping they develop a new engine with Edit mode in mind for the next generation.

Right now, I think I'll have to keep using Spanish 2nd League for my edits.

I made some tests dude and it is like we supposed. I want to create original Palermo and Beerschot over the place holder teams, but they work bonded to the LiveUpdate. Which means every time you apply Live Update they revert to default. Exactly same as Bastia and the two relegated Chinese clubs last March. The saddest part is that the official players of both clubs pre exist in the database as free agents now.
Seems the glass is half. I mean the roster revert to default

PS.: I downloaded from an older post of yours kits of La Fiorita and I will use this club as a black hole to gather as many players as possible from small Bations like San Marino, Andorra, Lichtenstein,Luxembourg etc . Great job pal! :)

You did. Then they updated post and removed the Serie B part.

Here is the original screenshot.

But you can always import it again after applying Live Update, right? :)

Enjoy the kits, I'm glad you like it! They're from 2017-18 season but the format is still the same :D I wanted to create that kind of teams again in PES 2020 if I have the time, specially now that we have national teams of small countries like Andorra, San Marino, Gibraltar, Luxembourg, etc.

Yes you can import. Thank god I noticed that early and didn’t start to scatter their players here and there around. Sometimes the consecutive imports/exports and live updates create some minor gaps, but with the awkward PES database, you never know when you will cause the wrath of the Gods who live in the mountain!!! :)

For your teams, yeah they are all great. I am pissed off right now, cause I once again reached the limit of the fakin editable teams/leagues. Even leaving the 60% of the Bubdesliga clubs out, doesn’t help a lot. It drives me crazy that for another year we can’t have a second PEU league type at least.

Yeah we really need PEU division 2 or something like that. The best thing you can do right now is what I did on PES 2018 (and will perhaps do again on PES 2020): creating teams in second spanish division and PEU league and then exchange La Liga with PEU League (and create the spanish cup and supercup over PEU Cup/supercup as well). That way you'll have a 2 tier european league with your teams (and you have 20+22 slots in there, plus 2 in Other Europe  )

For me, I'm thinking of only adding the Bundesliga teams that are in Champions League (RB Leipzig and Borussia Dortmund) and use the remaining slots for something else
