  1. On a FAT32 formatted USB drive create a folder called PS3 with a subfolder SAVEDATA
  2. Plug it into your PS3 & goto Save Data Utility
  3. Copy all PES 2014 files except save games & system data
  4. Compress the SAVEDATA folder with WinRAR or WinZip
  5. Upload to a file sharing site

I have the same question as the OP but my platform is pc.
Help would be very much appreciated(!) on how to copy my option file so others can use it and for myself as a backup in case I'll have to format my pc.
I have no idea what my option file is/where to find it (filename/folder).
