I will create all national teams for PES 2019 version like we did for 2017 version, i will keep you up to date in this thread, already started work on the kits, as soon as i know which and how many fake leagues and teams are in the game i start making replacement lists.

I will start fixing all ingame teams so the fake duplicates will be free to use for the additional teams.

Brilliant news Speckkopf,

That's Great
But, you'll need to look for a program which allows to set those fake club teams as national teams in order to play with them in world cup of continental competitions
Anyway, we're up with you

I don't think that's possible on ps4, the best you can do is play with them in Konami Cup for example, editing that competition to make it look like the competition you want to play.

i know about that problem and i know on PC that is possible very easy... I was sure with a little bit of HEX editing (because the IDs for national teams which aren't ingame like Faroe Islands are in the game!) it can be possible but ffs, it isn't on PS4.

Maybe it will be possible in PES 2019 (in 2017 and 2018 it wasn't...) but i fear it will be like in 2017 the only way will be to replace club teams again, but i have a spreadsheet which should help with recreating original tournaments, it isn't 100% up to date because i made it around a year ago (?) but i'll update it. I also recreated many things with Konami League and Konami Cup, for example Pacific Games as of 2015 where Micronesia participated, i recreated and played with them, also Olympic Games with Fiji and some other stuff: https://goo.gl/rERmbW

Oh man, you did a big job

Unfortunately, we can't export PS4 files to PC and HEX-edit them as PC files and then import them back to PS4

It's great to see teams from Pacific Islands in OG's :w00t

i just hope there are some improvements in edit mode and capacities. Maybe on PES 2019 it is possible to import the teams as real national teams (would be great but i can't imagine that will be possible), in addition to that i hope we have bigger image import limit that time.... last time it was possible to import all national teams kits as S size kits, but then no (or at least not all) kits for the ingame leagues.... it's like decide between club football or national football, that's a pity.

You're right, I hope Konami understands Haha
In addition, they limited the the image import due to the limit of the save game I think

I saw in a video that PES 2019 would have a 2nd Fake european division? I don't know if that's true but I would love it ;)

would be great for example having Bundesliga and 2. Bundesliga... but for National teams would also be important... After portuguese league is now fully licensed the teams can't be used anymore for editing like i did in PES 2017... so it's important to have another fake league instead so we don't run out of slots....

just a pity we don't have the same possibilities like we have on PC but i never lose hope they will improve over the years.

edit: apart from that making the national teams should be much easier on PES 2019 then it was on PES 2017 because of all those new leagues added in the game there are tons of players now ingame which had to be created manually before... That will save many time, just look how many national team players are for example in turkish or russian league.

Yes I'll love that new fake league if that's true. I'd also like a fake african league, like PAF League or something.

Also, on this kind of project, if you don't have enough slots, you could always use, for example, Premier League or La Liga slots. It doesn't make much sense to have both club teams and national teams in the same account, specially because Master League would be a mess if you created national teams on top of club teams, so I guess it's better to keep Option Files for club teams and national teams on separated accounts. The issue, as always, are the image slots, but I'm sure we'll figure something out, I already did it in PES 2017, removed a lot of 3rd and GK kits.

Fake teams we should have in game:
PEU League - 20 teams
2nd PEU Division (?) - 20 teams?
PLA League - 20 teams
PAS League - 20 teams
Teams in Other European - ?
Teams in Other Americas - ?

Premier League - 18 teams (not 20 because Arsenal and Liverpool are licensed)
English Championship - 24 teams

La Liga - 17 teams? (not 20 because Barcelona, Atlético de Madrid and Valencia are licensed?)
La Liga 2 - 22 teams

Italy Serie B - 22 teams

So, in total - 183 slots, plus an unknown amount of slots of fake teams in Other European and Other Americas.
If you don't want to use Premier League and La Liga you will still have 148 slots, plus that unknown amount of fake teams slots of Other European and Americas.

There are 81 national teams in PES 2018. There are several teams I really would like to see in game, perhaps Finland, DR Congo, Congo, Cape Verde, Angola, Togo, Trinidad & Tobago, etc. I hope they add more, but if they don't, I think we still have enough slots for all FIFA teams and a lot of non-fifa ones :D

There are 211 FIFA countries, so, 130 are missing in game. That means we'll still have at least 18 slots for non fifa teams (or 53 if you use Premier League and La Liga), plus the fake Other European and Americas teams.

But lets wait until the full list of teams is released before making more math

Btw, having Liga NOS licenced with the official scoreboard, trophy and teams seems great, and I'm sure I'll want to try it out, however, it ruined my editing dreams, since I won't be able to make my 2nd Portuguese division project anymore, since I can't edit that Liga NOS competition, so if I change it to over another league such as PEU I won't have the official scoreboard/trophy and also will have a "duplicate" Liga NOS that I won't be able to edit into something else. That's really heartbreaking :(

I don't plan on buying the game right after it's launch, I'll probably wait a few months before I do it, and meanwhile, I'll still be working on PES 2018 :D
Austria league would be a nice league that Konami could add to PES, like they did with Denmark, Switzerland, etc. Maybe in PES 2020 or so

Exactly!!! You can just use those 18 slots for: Guadeloupe, Martinique, Montserrat (I think this is a FIFA member), Saint Martin (french-territory), Sint Maarten (deutch-territory), Kiribati, Niue, Tuvalu, Northern Cyprus, Catalunia, Basque Country, Padania, Székely Land (3rd place in the ConIFA European Tournament), Abkhazia (4th place)

Like that list, but still many interesting teams missing, and some of them are fairly important, like Greenland or Zanzibar

I really like the team list that Speckkopf made for PES 2017, even though some teams couldn't be completed. Here's the list, copied from his 2017 spreadsheet:

Non-FIFA section:

ABKHAZIA
ALAND ISLANDS
ALDERNEY
ANGLESEY (YNYS MON)
BASQUE COUNTRY (EUSKADI)
CATALUNYA
GALICIA
GOTLAND
GREENLAND
GUERNSEY
ISLE OF MAN (ELLAN VANNIN)
ISLE OF WIGHT
MONACO
NORTHERN CYPRUS (KUZEY KIBRIS TÜRK)
OCCITANIA
PADANIA
RHODES
SAAREMAA
SAPMI (LAPLAND)
SARK
SHETLAND ISLANDS
SRPSKA
VATICAN CITY
WESTERN ISLES (OUTER HEBRIDES)
BARAWA
MAYOTTE
RÉUNION
WESTERN SAHARA
ZANZIBAR
IRAQI KURDISTAN
PANJAB
SOUTH OSSETIA
TIBET
FED.STATES OF MICRONESIA
PALAU
TUVALU

Plus some others that were put in other sections on PES 2017:

Asia-Oceania:

NORTHERN MARIANA ISLANDS
KIRIBATI

North America:

BONAIRE
FRENCH GUIANA
GUADELOUPE
MARTINIQUE
ST.PIERRE & MIQUELON
SINT MAARTEN
FALKLAND ISLANDS
SAINT-MARTIN

Europe:

JERSEY

Those are 47 teams, so we need at least 29 more slots on Other European and Other Americas, which I think it is perfectly possible (if we have around 20 in Other America like in PES 18, and a few more on Other European, specially now that a lot of leagues were added and there should be more slots in Other European, unless they license more teams), and we wouldn't even need to replace Premier League and La Liga ;)

EDIT: And, perhaps, if we had more slots, we could add more teams, perhaps from ConIFA European Football Cup, like as you suggested, Székely Land, or even more, like Kárpátalja, Felvidék (those competed in 2017 ConIFA European Football Cup), and even more ConIFA members, like County of Nice, Tamil Eelam, Cascadia, United Koreans in Japan, Matabeleland, Kabylia, Chagos Islands, Somaliland, Raetia, Western Armenia, Délvidék, Skåneland, Yorkshire, Québec, Darfur, and perhaps some others that are not even from ConIFA, like Sealand, Frøya, Hitra, Menorca, Orkney, Artsakh, Brittany, Corsica and Andalusia. But, of course, all of those depend on the number of slots we have avaiable ;)

Btw, Niue doesn't have a national football team anymore, they played their only 2 matches in 1983 :shocking:

Those are 36 teams, so we need at least 18 more slots on Other European and Other Americas, which I think it is perfectly possible, and we wouldn't even need to replace Premier League and La Liga ;)

Haha, some teams I don't even know
But please, remove that Western Sahara, it's a political problem that my country is confronting now
That land doesn't even have a national team...all teams in this area are playing in the Moroccan league such as Jeunaîsse Sportive Massira and Chabab Sakia Lhamra...
All informations you'll find in Wikipedia about Western Sahara NT are false, just trust me that's my country and I know everything about it

I don't want to judge any political problems, I hope I don't offend you (I'm sorry if I did, it wasn't my intention ), but I believe that Western Sahara has a "representative" team, since they're members of ConIFA. Also, for example, Catalonia teams compete in Spanish La Liga, and they still have a representative team. That happens with a big part of the non-fifa teams. Many of them are disputed territories, smaller regions within a country, islands, etc.

And, btw, I never trust wikipedia 100%, I know there might be fake information since anyone can edit those pages.
