I don't want to judge any political problems, I hope I don't offend you (I'm sorry if I did, it wasn't my intention ), but I believe that Western Sahara has a "representative" team, since they're members of ConIFA. Also, for example, Catalonia teams compete in Spanish La Liga, and they still have a representative team. That happens with a big part of the non-fifa teams. Many of them are disputed territories, smaller regions within a country, islands, etc.

And, btw, I never trust wikipedia 100%, I know there might be fake information since anyone can edit those pages.

I know you're not trying to offend me, but what I said is the truth
If you look at the name you'll notice "Sahara" that means desert so there're only three big cities: Layun, Dakhla, Smara.... so they can't build a national team since the majority of the players in the clubs of those cities are from Mauritania, Niger, Senegal, Sudan, etc..

Just for information, I can't tell you responsibles about those false infos in Wikipedia but what I can say is They are Backers of the Polisario which is a little organization that looks for the distruction of Morocco

I don't want to get deep in that because it's Out of Topic :laugh:

Yes those "countries"/regions can't have a national team, they have a representative team, which is different, even though that one is sometimes reffered as "national team".

But it is true that Western Sahara is a member of ConIFA, right? I mean, it's on ConIFA official website, not just on wikipedia, so it must be true  If so, they still have a "national"/representative team, and perhaps it wouldn't be a bad idea of making it, just to have all the ConIFA members.

I agree with you, since it's a ConIFA member....even if the real players of the team are from another nationality (I don't want to say the country name)...
Yes, It isn't a bad idea, since this is a "ConIFA OF"

Btw, you can take a look at my Moroccan Pro Championship Creation Thread

I already take a look at your thread, I love to see all these projects, I like different teams and variety, it's just a shame that I we don't have more slots for leagues and teams in game. Specially a fake african league to edit (PAF League, perhaps), I really wanted one, and I know I am not the only one. I asked on twitter about this possibility but I got no answer.

But, with the leagues we have now, I think the best place to create Morroco league is over PAS League, am I correct? :)

Exactly Haha!!! Since almost all moroccan players choose Europe as a direction for their talents

But, in my own view I see that Moroccan league is a good choice beside 1. Bundesliga. Since the big amount of actual leagues in PES 2019 (Primera Division ARG, Brasilerirão, Primera Division CHI, Belgian Jupiler Pro League, Danish League, Russian PL, Turkish Süper Lig, Scottish Premiership and Swiss Super League).... plus the new fake european league, that's entertaining

This is even a good news for the ANT (All National Teams) OF

You can stop this project now. No La Liga 2 or Serie B in PES 2019. Also, I haven't seen anything else about a 2nd PEU division, I don't even think it is going to be in game. That's 64 slots less than we counted earlier. Without those, we don't even have slots to finish FIFA countries I think :(

For me, I won't be buying this one. So, unfortunately, you can't count on me to help with teams this time :( :(
If I were you I'd rather stick to PES 2017 and update the squads in there. There's more generic teams and freedom to edit in there.

speckopf can use
20 PEU
20 PLA
20 PAS
?? PES (new fake league in asia)
?? Other Latam
2 Other Clasic

62 teams
+
42 teams

104 teams , they need to use 2nd england division to reach 120 national teams

Looks like no fake teams in Other European Teams.

So with the 2 licensed Bundesliga teams and 20 team in PEU League that will give us only 4 fake teams to edit in Europe if we use Bundesliga for PEU league.

Seriously, this game is garbage for those who like to edit and create, they're taking away what making PES special. It's looking like FIFA. Not buying this year.

I suggest if we dont have enough slots in pes 2019 is to continue creating non fifa teams and updates fifa members teams on pes 2017

Other latin america has all the teams that would be in copa liberadores. 21 teams to edit.

https://twitter.com/psnHakoom/status/1031268462402973702

So:

PEU - 20 teams
PLA - 20 teams
PAS - 20 teams
PEA - 20 teams (?)
Other Latin America - 21 teams
Other European Teams - 0! Seriously, 0 teams!

Also, no Serie B or La Liga 2. Barely no teams to edit.

Total: 101 teams. Definitely not enough for this project.
If you use English Championship, you'd have 125 slots, which is still not enough (FIFA members that are not in game are 130 if I am not wrong, and we still need the non-fifa teams).

Only way to do it would be using Premier League (18) and La Liga (19) teams, which would make the count of editable teams to 162 teams, and you'd have around 32 slots for non-fifa teams, which would only be enough if we remove some of the teams that were in PES 2017 list (I wouldn't like that very much, but well...). Just in the PES 2017 project spreadsheet there were 47 teams, so we'd have to discard 15 teams

Due to the math I did above, I'd also recommend this, since PES 2019 will be horrible for editing and this project wouldn't be very nice in PES 2019. If they keep going this way, PES 2020 won't have any editing at all, it will be just a copy of FIFA.

needless to say, i am very disappointed. As some of you said already, it looks like we won't have enough slots for all national teams.

i remember Adam Bhatti promising improvements for the community and for editing for PES 2019 when many players where disappointed with PES 2018 already. Now, that's what we've got. (NOT. obviously)

2nd english league, others latin america and the 4 fake leagues, that's around 100 teams if my math is correct, we would have needed 2nd spanish and 2nd italian league which i expected to be in the game, i don't see why teams/leagues have to be removed from the game to make space for new leagues.... that's not the way PES will compete with FIFA now and in the future. Don't want to be ungrateful because i really apreciate the effort and money Konami invested in all those new licenses but to be honest: No one (or at least no one outside russia and turkey) will buy PES because of licenses, because FIFA will always have more. For me this ambitious project is f*cked up the *ss but hey we have danish and swiss league now.... you see the enthusiasm in my face (you don't see my face, that's the thing.)

For me i have to think about how to continue this. On one side i hope Konami will earn a huge shitstorm which forces them to add those 2nd leagues with the first DP, then we have more then enough slots for all teams plus NON-FIFA teams.

Otherwise i would stay with PES 2017. But we have PES 2019 now, so my motivation would be low working on a game which isn't "hot" anymore, maybe we do it on PES 2018, if we can convert a little bit....

Well, just wait and think ;)

Well, the "Older PES forums" still attract a lot of views here in PESGaming, sometimes more than PES 2018 and PES 2019 forums

PES 2018 would also be a good choice to do this project, but I won't be able to use (I am using PES 2017 for national teams and PES 2018 for club teams).

To be honest, I think this project will be great, no matter what PES. But my choice would still be PES 2017. I think it is the PES where we have the most team slots to edit and it's far from being dead. ;)

So... let's make PES 2017 "hot" again? :D

yes i'd have no problem with that. But imagine we do that or start that and 1 month after PES 19 release they give us back the 2nd divisions because they can't take the shitstorm anymore... would be a pain in the ass then starting again and again and again :D :D :D

For the moment still looks like i just stick at PES 17. In that case i don't know if i buy PES 19 at all because if i can't realise the things i want to have in the game, i don't need it. But if there would be any chance to do it with PES 19 that would be my first choice.
