I would go with Rafael, but it is too dark. honestly there isnt such hair in PES apart from Witsel. if you are playing in PC you can have this:

For the first, try N. Jörgensen (Denmark NT)
for the second, I think the best is an ingame editor hairstyle... don't know any preset yet :)
