How about those one created by Manuelito posted above? I think It's quite good. You just need to thicken the beard. He made many good Serie A face builds in other forum.

Sorry but I don't make preset players. Son should have preset since datapack 2, unless you haven't update your game at all.
If you already update it but the Son in Spurs still hasn't have preset yet, you can try go to edit mode, select him in edit player, then press triangle.
