It doesn't matter if the team is licensed or not, as long as the player has their real name there is a chance they will get a preset. The only players that have no chance of getting a preset are the NT/Classic players with fake names

Tried different jaw structures, but I felt like it suits him more this way. It's impossible to get all the aspects spot on, you got to think of the the face as a whole.

Yeah i understand where your coming from but the default face makes things so generic so alot of faces and structures look very similar with only different skin colour and hair styles/facial hair.
So thinking of the face as a whole is good but sometimes looksabit generic lookin similar to other faces take alook at my hulk i just uploaded some ingame shots from certain angles you can see his jaw structure is pretty much on point i managed to find pretty good hair style for him and i managed to make his nose pretty good aswell you def got his eyesbrow right but when you look at his face in real life you can see theres hardly any separation between them and his eyes.

Your hulk looks friendly lol while mine looks like a beast haha go check him out feedback welcome !
