We could do something like "no attacking player over 90", or we could try "bad teams only", where we have to choose the likes of AIK, Beskitas, et cetera.

We should decide who we'll be playing with here, so we don't find ourselves stuck with a team we're uncomfortable using or don't like when we get online.

I honestly think our current teams are fair and competitive. I've yet to feel that my opponent has a better team overall to throw off my game. Beside, the fitness is at "random" so any of these superstars could have bad fitness day. I refused to start Defoe or Lennon is they have purple or even blue fitness.

I only follow Barclay, La liga and Serie A. So those small teams are def "uncomfortable for me"
I vote no on bad teams only.


Let's just start a new league with similar set up.

Alright, we already have many replies and votes for a restart. So let's get going. Also, I think its important that everyone has some a IM on their pc to make communication easier between members.

Can everyone post their teams here along with any IMs you use. I personally would like to suggest everyone get a common IM like MSN. I will edit the first post to reflect this.

I wanna play with Keegan once more since he's the top leader and we drew on the last game we had.

But if we do start a new season, I'll just stick with the Tottenham, Villa is my next choice along with Porto.

I honestly think that we should only ban barca and Real madrid. every other team should be eligible to be choosen. that allows for the least amount of griping by sore losers and such. I am going to pick fiorintina and i think i can beat anybody with them including the Man U and such, but if i don't then it would be a good challange. This way the person who wins the league will feel like he accomplished something when he has to face a couple of top notch teams along the way. playing a league full of PSV, Fenerbache, hull city... will not be fun but if your a great player and think you can pick a team like that and compete for a top spot then have at it! that is how this league will be fun, not by constantly banning and judging which team is considerd lesser and such. no barca no real everything else fair game !!!!!!!!!! who's with me!??

Too bad we can't pick MLS teams! a final of Galaxy vs RedBull would be epic! Thats what PES is all about! Forget the Euro teams, they're all too good! ;)

Solution to our horrible communications problem!!!!

ive created a facebook group called: fairplay community.

this is a much better way to communicate everyone of us has facebook and can coordinate from there. just search fairplay community and join. and we'll kick out anyone who is not actually a part of the community.



i think this is a big step in making the community more organized and a lot more fun.

start joining!!!!!!!!!

i just joined the league and played my first game with MOUSTAFA. The game ended with a 1-1 draw. I probably had like 10 clear chances but couldn't score for shitt. That Kader Keita is almost unstoppable!! Had a lot of fun. Hopefully I can play tonight.

IDEA FOR OUR NEXT LEAGUE :

How about we do something like this.... OPEN team selection except for NO Barca and NO Real. I feel those are by far the most unfair teams to play with. So we could pick from any other team except those two. Now to make it more fun and balanced, we should put certain teams in pots from strongest to weakest. For example :

POT 1 : Man U, Liverpool, Inter...
POT 2 : Juventus, Chelsea, Milan...
POT 3 : Roma, Man City, PSG, Athletico Madrid...
POT 4 : Galatasaray, Benfica, Napoli, Boca...

These don't have to be the exact pots, we could discuss and make them to everyone's liking.... NOW.... the position you finish in this current league determines which pot you pick from. EXAMPLE... the top 3 finishers have to pick from POT4, the winner could keep his current team (Keegan PSG) for example. The lower you finish in the league the higher pot you could pick from.

NEW COMERS that are not on the league now, play 3 friendly games vs 3 different league members and their pot is determined that way.

We should all discuss what teams should go in which pot, maybe put about 10 teams in each pot to give everyone the best selection possible.

Now hopefully no one decides to tank and be a wise ass to pick from a higher pot next time, its all in fun and the idea is "Fairplay".

Here is the plan:
1.I will set up 3 "leagues" aka groups of 4.
2.the top 3 seeds in the current league will be put into diff groups as advantage for winning.
3. others will get into the groups in a random fashion.
4. the 3 groups play home and away series.
5. the top 3 teams from each group advance into one big league of champs. while the bottom dweller of each group is eliminated! sad face

this is a club tourny! the only baned teams are barca and real otherwise pick your fav team. don't have to pik a great team but you can.

This really i believe provides not only incentive to finish top 3 in this group but also makes the league very competitive. everyone wants to be able to join that final league of champs and not be one of the 3 that are elimenated. and the three "best" players will not be in the same group due to seeding from this tourny.

we have 12 participants willing to be in it so 3 groups of 4 is accurate and only 9 will advance after the group stage!

any ideas? thoughts?
DECIE you think this is good idea.. i just think 3 groups of qualifying is good idea a group of 4 fighting for top 3 spots is really fun and keeps you fighting till last game!! and earning one of the nine spots for the league of champs. also incentive to be in top 3 of this league

-Can i still join? Or when is the next league starting?
-What teams can i choose from besides Barcelona and RM?
-are the "rules" posted anywhere?

I just requested to join the FB group and I'll check into the online community tonight to see if anyone is there. I did in the past but never saw anyone connected.

yea man join the community... post something on facebook introducing yourself... and we have leagues and tournys going on almost everyday... so pick a team that matches the league or tourny we have rules on FB... btw we are bout to create a new two group tourny based on the real GROUP A and GROUP B in the world cup! so when i post the team selection just pick a team as a comment on FB!
