Fan Club Members Working (Offline ML)

Hi!
I was wondering if someone could shed some light on how the "Fan Club Membership" increases or decreases in the Master League.
>I figured the better players you have the higher the number of fans should be.
>I am playing the 2018-2019 season now, won the Champions League 3 times, D1 Cup 4 times, League 4 times and still have only a little more than 70,000 fans. Moreover, almost all my first team are 100 OVR or above and most subs are above 90, still nobody has ever won a European or an International Award (all the players are promoted or bought as teenagers).

So, if anyone is in the know let me know how
1)do players get European and International Honors (World footballer of the year and European footballer of the year); and
2)how to increase the Fan club memberships (It has a direct effect on Finances).

P.S. Even after the remarkable successes in competitions and being ranked the #1 team, with players from the top teams I have only 2-15% chances of signing. Can anyone enlighten me regarding that too?

The fan club members depends from the money you spend about the fans and you can set every year the season starts (I don’t put more than 5 millions in there anyway), how many players you have with a star in the team (you can see they have a start in the squad list but also in the game plan) and how many titles the team won.

Each star means that this player has reputation there for he draws fans but not all the players have the same. The reputation of each player, (the fans) increases with each individual title they won until the number of 7, too bad you can’t see this number for each player but usually players that win titles like world footballer of the year, 1st, 2ndd and 3rd place or uefa club football awards they are in there. You can try bringing a big known start to the team or shell them and you see the members fans to increase or to decrease.

I don’t get much money from here anyway and I don’t monitor the fan club as many players are come and go from my team anyway.

Currently at my 4th season with Blackburn. Just manage to get a little over 9,000 fans.

I noticed the same thing that it very much depends on the players' reputation. I once had to sell a star in my team because I had budget to manage to get by. Ending up losing a lot of fans.

But, yeah, I do the same thing as Gtks. If I need to sell a player, I sell. In general, I sell older players and players with lower stats. Then, I buy those good young players at low price, if possible. I've also brought up a lot of youth players.

That doesn't seem to help with fan club, unfortunately.
