Probably Jet Set Radio or it's follow-up. There were some shit songs, I mean retarded, but the rest fit the game perfectly. Then of course there's some usual suspects, like GTA VC and SA plus the Guitar Hero games despite lacking some classic guitar gods.

Goldeneye had some real intense music!

GTA SA rarely had a poor song and VC was even better. I hope the new GTA has a great soundtrack and because its set in todays world then that'll mean that there will be songs from nowadays.

I'd say Vice City for me, not only was the music ace on a few stations, the commericals were also hilarious, much more so than San Andreas i found.
