Few questions about ML players

1) Can you train a player to be a little faster?
2) Can you train a player to have more stamina?
3) You can train a player to be able to play on a specifiec spot. Some players I see have the options to play both AMF SMF and SB, for example, and if I put them on AMF, they have their high ranking, and if I put them on SB, they have very low ranking. Is there a way to train them to have high stats in SB? (My Juan Mata is SS and SMF, if I put him on SS he has high ranking, but if I put him SMF, his ranking drops down by a little. Is there a way to change it or it's how he is?)

Each player has 5 areas like athletic ability, shooting etc and you have bars for each and you dristribute the what you want more like take 2 bars off defending and put them on shooting.

It costs 2mil to aquire a new position. I would asume it changes the overall stat once they are trained in that position but the overall stat means nothing.
