few questions for those who have PES2014 on PS3

I was wondering if Konami has fixed some of the most pressing issues such as online lag, PES 2012, and 2013 were very good online with no lag but I've heard horror stories about PES2014. Also, can you pick language commentary or are you stuck with the default language? I would like to change it to spanish as I really like the new Argentine commentary.

Thx guys!

Online lag still exists.
Yes, you can pick Espanol (Argentina) as a commentary language.

cool thx!

FYI I just saw on Twitter that Adam said there will be a major patch in November that addresses the gameplay, bugs, slow down in the boxes, faces and online lag. Lets hope its true.... I guess I'll wait till November to see what that patch really does before buying the game.

november seems so far away... hopefully that patch will fix most if not all the problems the game has had. it would suck to have to wait that long, and then have to wait even longer for another batch of fixes. i've been enjoying the game (for the most part) so far, but konami shouldn't have released an incomplete product simply to keep up with the competitors release date

Well lets see last yeah PES was released September 21st, and the first DLC which addressed transfers came out October 12th. Being that this rumored patch will also address game play features Mid October to early November seems plausible.

Hey guys, with the fixes, im hoping the offline "lag/slowness" is fixed too hopefully

To fix the offline 'lag/slowness' then go to the PS3 settings and change your resolution from 1080p down to 720p. a complete farce isn't it? :realmad:

I know this works for anyone using HDMi set up on their PS3 - I personally don't care for PES14 at all and this fix confirms to me that the game is about 75% finished. Disgraceful IMO!! another year playing PES13 for me ;)
