If I invite a player to a ranked game it works fine, it's just a lot of the time when I go to a quick ranked match - it doesn't work!!

I'm liking Lazio's 3-5-2 formation. At first glance, I thought I must change this immediately, but I used it anyway. I played someone who picked Real Madrid and I was beating him 3-0 in the first 20 to 30 minutes. He quit, of course.

Already did Manager and it seems to be the ML equivalent. I dunno. But I just beat Arsenal 3-1 @ The Emirates. Chicharito first half hat-trick. :cheer::chick:

Has anyone noticed this but "Le Mans Football Club" from the french league is not in the damn game?? how could these guys leave out such a team like this with good players man.. dammit..

I know last year that you could leave the match before 5 minutes and it wouldn't count as anything...I know loads of people who concede within 5 minutes used to quit - I quit a total of 3 times this way and its because the lag/response times were shocking and honestly unplayable!

It was laggy when I quit. It got to the point where it froze at one point. I managed to grab me a goal though, so I thought, being fair, I'd quit.

I'm certain they are. I remember seeing their badge and I'm sure I've played them in a pre-season in Career Mode.

I've got penalties pretty much sorted. That's all I do in the arena. It depends on the player, of course. I've been doing an A-Z of leagues online, playing as every team in the game. I've just started and have nearly finished the Australian League. Thankfully, I haven't had to take a penalty with any of their players, yet.

I got sacked in Career mode as the manager of Atletico Madrid. I couldn't win away matches, playing on World Class. After about losing 5 away matches in a row, I decided to sim most of the games. Got sacked in January :lol:

I reckon the penalties are pretty easy on FIFA, although online I notice a lot of people don't have a clue.

If you go through 90mins-extra time-then pens, it's a lot harder mainly because the green area you're supposed to aim for is smaller & the cursor moves faster - but still relatively easy IMO.

Something that's always annoyed me with FIFA's pens...say I was AC Milan (Ronaldinho, Pirlo, Pato, Robinho, Zlatan) would more than likely hit the penalties in a shootout? However if I bring a centre back on during the game or just any other player, for some reason they automatically hit the spot kick - even if their penalty stats are shit? unrealistic...
