Just did my own Euro 2012 tournament, using Switzerland in place of Ukraine and Norway in place of Czech Republic.

Won the final on penalties against France (as Holland); was 3-1 down, needing to save two penalties and score both of mine; they hit the bar, put one over, and then I saved M'Villa's before putting away the winner :D

Yeah, I created a bronze team with lower English league players a week ago so I could win some of the trophies. Karl Sheppard is a beast up front, although a lot of those competitions have a low difficulty level. I need to start putting together a silver team but I'm not sure I can be bothered.

Ditto, except for Kagawa. I was almost done with my Serie A team, but changed my mind. I was aiming to create a Bundesliga team without any Germans in it, but there were no good foreign goalies, so I bought Adler, for little over 1,000, which I thought was a bargain.

I haven't played FUT in a couple of months, though. I can't be arsed with facing the same players every game.

I got an In Form Drobny in goal for my Bundesliga team. Was quite cheap at 12k coins.

I play online sometimes as you can get more coins from playing against others but I prefer playing against the CPU as you come up against the same old teams when going online.

I went straight into online and got raped. I soon realised everyone had either Nilmar, Doumbia or Agbonlahor, in a front three. I played offline tournaments a few times - the one where you earn about 4,000 coins, I think - bought some decent players and went back online. Still got raped.

I got better and started winning a few games, but like said earlier, got tired of facing the same squads. Also, if you thought people were thoughtlessly direct and one-dimensional in H2H, it reaches another level in FUT. The amount of times people try to go for hopeful long through balls or play one-twos (with lofted through ball, of course) is depressing. They can't be enjoying the game.
