Its so clear that Virtual Pros in drop-in matches care more about their individual rating than the club they are playing for. So much contrast compared to playing clubs for PESG FC. So frustrating. I made a list of the top players you find in drop in matches.
The Blue Afro: we all know this guy. Always diminutive in stature, this pro is built for speed........and greed. It is always the Blue Afro guy who will be the one who dribbles the ball in circles at the expense of passing to 3 open players in the box. Feinting left and right despite no need for it. and it always, always ends with the ball being stolen off of him so waste of a possession.
Premature Ejaculation: This is the guy that shoots from 30 yards out on a break despite outnumbering the defense 3:2 and two wingers open for a great angle shot.
Centerforward Back: Ever hear of this Association Football position? I have on drop-in matches. This is the guy who is pissed he got stuck playing CB because of 9 or more players on a team. So he decides to bomb forward from the opening kickoff to the final whistle. Of course, my team loses 4-0 because of backline exposure coupled with the fact that his forward play added nothing.
Cocaine:It was cute the first 3 times I heard it, but now I wish EA would remove whatever commentary name is being used so I don't have one of these per match played. This is often the commentary name for Blue Afro.
Captain Offside I think mostly American players are beholden to this name. In addition, I think this is the player that removes the offsides rule when he is playing his offline career because the player has no concept that it is a rule during drop-in clubs. Captain Offside is offside on nearly every break. When Captain Offside plays against Centerforward Back the result will, by default, end up in a 0-0 draw.
Mr. Microphone: Open mic night at the EA lounge. This is the guy who has to tell everyone what he is doing wrong over his mic. Not to be confused with the guy who leaves his mic open while his 2 year old kid screams and cries all match long. That player is known as baby monitor.
