Looks horrible. The sounds when the players run on wet grass/collide/strike the ball are all terrible too. They need to have got those keepers sorted because its just beyond spasticated now - They don't move!
The womans teams? What the actual fuck, like. Waste of time one something nobody will play. You wouldn't choose to play as a team of re-gens, so why add womans "football". Im not sexist, I just think its a waste of time creating this option.
All these graphics and stuff that doesn't matter is just like spraying glitter over shit. Sort it, EA.

Those sounds were probably added for trailer, not ingame. And women teams are that new thing to make it a "new game" that we always have to include.
Don't buy it. If you want shit to change you have to change as well.

Gameplay still feels wrong. Keepers are truly dreadful, and the defenders stand still and push far too high up in scenarios when they shouldn't. Attacking AI doesn't seem to make any runs.
I feel that when playing FIFA you always have to play the ball long and forward, whereas PES lets you have midfield build-up play.
Two features I do like.. corners are lovely, really good weight and animations for each individual kicker. Also, the PS4 controller rumbles ever so gently when you have a meaty collision on the pitch, really nice.

I haven't played FIFA since the beginning of May, I think. Having spent some time playing the PES 2016 demo, a lot of the FIFA muscle memory was gone. Had to re-familiarise myself with the controls. The change in gameplay speed didn't help, either. Probably the first time it's been slower than PES? Not a bad thing, though. It's still responsive and fluid.
I've not played a lot of matches, but I'm liking it, so far. It feels like a different game. More possession focused and sprint dribbling is tougher. I also like that they've increased passing and first touch error. GKs issues from FIFA 15 appear to be fixed, although I wouldn't be surprised if people discover exploits that negates this. Skill moves appear to be less effective, which I like - in FIFA 15, it was too easy to do a body feint to beat a player, particularly against the CPU.
Shots from just outside the area, especially first time shots, are too effective. I might need to play around with shooting assistance, to make it more realistic. Standing tackles are hard to execute correctly. I've conceded a lot of fouls and earned yellows from mistimed standing tackles. It was better last night, improving the timing of the tackles.
I'll be playing a lot more over the weekend, to get a better idea of how the game plays. Comparing FIFA and PES demos, I'm not sure which one I like more. I know I'll end up playing more of FIFA, because of the online modes. Could be the first time in a long time that both EA and Konami realise good games at the same time. Here's hoping.
