This week I made the switch from Fifa to Pes15 because I really enjoyed the demo on PS4.
I purchased the game and was horrified to discover the difference when it comes to online play. It's absolute night and day.
Passing, shooting, whatever I press, there is a considerable pause before the move is executed. When I press to pass, the power meter displays and moves up pretty slowly and then the player performs the pass at a very sluggish speed. A first time pass is literally impossible, even if initiated before the ball reaches my man.
Meanwhile my opponents don't appear to have this problem at all. They are able to release a ball instantly. It is totally unplayable.
Am I missing something here or is this really the online experience? It surely can not be this utterly abysmal. I have played 7 online matches so far and experienced the same thing every single time.
Also, my opponent has been Real Madrid every single time.
I just paid $40 to play 7 totally impossible matches against Real Madrid.
Unless I am missing something here, I don't see how I can possibly continue to play this game. I only play Football games in online mode so that's this game dead for me after 2 days.
Someone please tell me that this isn't normal.
I realize that I'm a noob and fully expect to be losing my matches but I understand the difference between being outplayed and this.
I'm really not exaggerating here. An action is performed 2-3 seconds after I press a button. More than enough time to be closed down. I'm lucky if I can string 2 passes together with that delay.
