I have no idea. I try to encourage them by saying that we can win. Praise them everytime we win, if we lose to a good team I would say good effort and give them media praise.
I'm in a pickle now. Filip Sebo just got injured against St. Mirren. We won 2-0 but now I have only U19 strikers van den Broeck, Fleck, Ashikodi, Loy etc and I have to play Celtic next week.
EDIT: Just drew 2-2 with Celtic and now more injuries. Moses Ashikodi out for 2 months with a hip injury and Jeremy Clement with damaged elbow. In the last 7 games, I have recieved 6 injuries in the first half, 7 altogether. I have been very unlucky with injuries, especially with strikers.

I got my Football Manager to both install and work, mate, for a while there I was going to break the CD, but I got it sorted with some help from Van, Gav and yourself, thanks lads.
Id play an online game but Ive to go now again and I wont be back till just after 12 bells tonight, so Ill see what happens then fi you still want to play an online game...

Anyone remember my Suazo debacle? How Cagliari wanted firstly in excess of £9.5m and then in excess of £11.5m? Well the board have intervened and accepted an offer of £7.75m from Juventus (who are looking to sack Deschamps after winning 10, drawing six and losing three in Serie B) so I've made the same bid and had it accepted. Suazo so far has scored six in nine for Cagliari but at an average rating of 6.67 - and Cagliari have conceded 42 in 17 games, picking up 14 points.

Got FM07 yesterday. It's brilliant, I find it quite addictive too. Started a league with Arsenal. Tried to sign Villaluz & Jonas but their Work Permit Application's where turned down. I only made 1 signing, Billy Jones. But he isn't going to play that much during this season, might send him on loan to see how he does. I just beat Charlton 4-0. Henry got all 4. Lost to Wigan 2-1, which annoyed me. Henry has had a brilliant start to the season with 6 goals in 3 games.

Playing as Portsmouth, can really see how the changes affect the gameplay.
Selling players is harder. Before I could offer Matty Taylor to all clubs and be guaranteed 3 mil. Now, no one's interested. Bastards.
The amount of stats, oh yus, even all the way down to referee stats.

Although results sem to be a bit odd. I always lose to Aston Villa, no matter what, all the way back to the early CM games, but I always seem to do well against Ma Utd, Chelsea and Arsenal.
I was 3:0 up at Man Utd at half time which was a tad odd.
The £26 mil I started with was a bit of a bonus. I'm only used to £5 mil at most.
Anyway, I managed to win the fucking league in my first season. Came down to the last few games of the season but managed to hold our shit together.
So a little demotivating. But the season I'm in now is pretty difficult. I've gotten into the Champions League (I beat Barcelona in my first group game before my PC reset) and my team is starting to age, money is tight and David James, who was the best player IN THE LEAGUE (holy poop) last season slipped a disc or something so I had to shell out £2.4 mil on Tim Howard.

I got bored of waiting for CD-WOW so I went and bought this yesterday. 18 hours playing time already. I have way too much time on my hands, and I just know this game will cause to me fail my AS Levels :no:
Anywho, I'm Norwich, 15th in the league in January. Signed a few youngsters, Vilakazi, Jones, Shimmin, and the usual good youngsters, and got a couple of feeder clubs, Shrewsbury and Podbeskidzie of Poland. Although for the latter I can't actually loan players to, even though the only point of me having them as a feeder club is to send them players to bypass the home office's silly regulations.

Started a game with Barca, getting into it now, enjoying the amount of flair players at my disposal. Results: W:8 D:2 L:2. Two defeats coming away to Madrid (1-0) and Levante (2-0), both obviously dissapointing but I've got a game in hand over Madrid and only sit 2pts behind, so I should really be top soon enough.
Few changes really, sold Oleguear for 2.5M. Brough in Sivok for 2.5M. I thought that was the only weak point of the squad the lack of a quality DM, Sivok wasn't the best I could of got but on a limited budget he was a good buy. I leave him to just sit while everyone else (bar def obv) and it seems to work well.

Manage Valencia. Thye have a good sqaud, lacks a little in depth, but so far Ive been kickin ass and taking names.
I can't reccomend who to sign, because I dont have a notion myself, but Costinha is free I think when it starts, but dont quote me on that.
In my Valencia game, Ive signed Sylvinho, Reviellire, Di Biagio, Petit and Henrik Larsson, who is my highest scorer with 4 goals in 3 games, only cost me 110k... David Villa who? :tongue:

Same happened to me when I bought Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. I was off school that day and waited for the postman. Since the game didn't come. I was trying to come up with other alternatives for my mum to go get the game for me as I wasn't waiting. We eventually came to an agreement that when it came, we would sell it to one of my brothers mates who wanted the game. The game turned up the next week. Just do that if it never comes in time, unless there is a reason you can't.
