Well I don't think there is a 100% Chance to ALWAYS, Score a freekick. It depends on the players ability. e.g (Shot Power, Accuracy and stuff.) Then theres the posistion in which you need to hit the freekick from. After that you gotta get the power and height and swerve right, not to mention the keeper you may be hitting it against. I don't think there is a 100% Scoring chance, but I suggest hitting them with a player you feel comfortable with. I suggest You go into training and do what I did, choose the team you go most of the time, take a player you enjoy hitting free-kicks with, in that team, and practice, practice, and do some more practicing. Eventually you will be able to hit the target about 70-80% of the time. This will help you score more and more free-kicks! Good Luck.
