It is happening again
If you concede a free kick just outside your box, there is an 80% chance of the AI scoring it. If you concede a free kick that wasn't a foul, there is a 99.5% chance of the AI scoring it. I've tried the old putting a man on the line tactic - that worked once, but the scripting was "course corrected" in the next attack when the AI team scored......
I hate this fucking game. I can't stand it at the moment. I've had it for less than a week and I've already cracked my controller.
i haven't let in a free kick on this game yet after conceding around 50. Call me a lier, but i play on superstar without anuy cheating scripts and most go off target.if there ever is a free kick, on the ps3, i would press l1 and r3 to take control of my keeper and put him nearer to the post then press l1 and r3 again to change back to my defender

But if you do that, does the CPU not go and score in the next attack? I find that when I've "cheated" the scripting, the AI will find a way to correct it.
The scripting in this game is worse than it's ever been. My heart sinks whenever I concede a corner! Can anyone tell me if there's a proper way to defend them? Because you just don't have full control of your players. It's the same with any crosses into the box!

its a goal every single time getting so frustrating
i play on superstar as it is balanced because the level was made by itseld - it wasnn't tweaked for game modes like top player
wow gibelini, 9 out of 10 free kicks. i can probably do that if shots ontarget however sometimes i use x and shoot on the ps3 from far out meaning the keeper would catch. but if i press triangle it hits the wall. in free training i can score 5 fk's in a row but that's training....

I have not witnessed anything thankfully, I really love this game and will continue to play until I get bored ( not gonna happen ) uhh...... I would list how many free kicks I've had against me but from the 10 I actually don't or didn't have any problems with any of them, usually some would go out and I'd get a goal-kick, I've only conceded 2-3 and yes I did get pissed off for the referees gay job, like it wasn't enough he even gave me a yellow card for a foul I didn't press/do. >.< I think the referees might need a LITTLE and yes I mean little tweak on that part.

Nah 9 out of 10 is a bit crazy, but I think FK's are pretty easy. Best opportunity to score for me is a fk.
free kicks will be easier if the shoot button was less sensitive and a bit longer as when i tap shoot in a fk it straight away fills half the power bar.
also if you are going to hit it pas the wall near the keeper i suggest you use he knuckleshot which is pressing shoot again just when he hits the ball
