In Pes the players run better. Less robotic and smoother. In pes 09 I mean.

There are somethings good about this video, well, only two, the kits in a closed up, oh man, they look real, good graphics, and the second thing is that the casual gramer will be pleased with the game.

But for the people who loves scoring a good goal, feel like you are there, there's only PES 2009.

honestly most PES videos don't look great but when u compare the one from the SEABASS interview to most FIFA videos then PES2009
looks much better than FIFA09 but that's just my opinion.
what did you think of that SEABASS interview video btw?

the FIFA video from MARSEILLE vs LYON looks much better than the CHELSEA vs ARSENAL video or the ADIDAS LIVE promo video.

one more question :why do you hate PES that much ? because when you say: PES out on ......who cares . then u really give me the idea that you hate game but why?.

^Agreed. Also the video of Lyon was pretty good. The player was actually good although it's a low difficulty. Both games are looking great.

there's 3 speeds to chose from, the slowest is fifa 08 speed, that was probably mid speed.

And anyone who plays the real game can see that that the gameplay in fifa 09 is as close to the real game.

it's intended as a joke. ie. everyone knows from the posts i have made saying fifa 09 is going to be great...

tbh I dont hate pes at all. Ive said many times I only picked up a fifa game the same time last year and that was when i was converted lol. It's just more realistic. Obvsiouly previous fifas were shockingly bad which was why pes was no. 1, but anyone who says pes 09 looked better from gameplay videos clearly is a fanboy.

In fact, the comment you made there is an example of being "fanboyish". Because you're saying that everyone should be of the opinion that Fifa's gameplay videos look better than PES'.

I think you'll find the majority of PES fans here are agreeing that the Fifa videos look good.

I'm getting mixed opinions about the FIFA videos I see. Some look good and others just look like the usual FIFA crap that has always put me off. Seriously people go on about the licences and presentation, that's all fine and dandy for a about a week. I still don't think FIFA has enough to keep me wanting to go back and play and play and play like Pro has over the years.

Dude, it doesn't matters How it "Looks", the Important thing is How it Plays, how it Feels -and- judging by the videos, the game "looks" better -but- FIFA is still the same game, further polished, but the Gameplay is still the same.. you can quote David Rutter on that.

And again, you can put FIFA08 and PES5 aside -and- FIFA08 will look as the "better" game. However, the reality is that PES5 is clearly superior in terms of Gameplay.

Someone already mentioned this.. but the Bottom Line about this argument is; Don't judge the Book by it's cover, wait until the Demos come out Sept 11 -and- then we can have a proper Argument.

Graphics look good, commentary sounds fantastic. But the player movements and the general "jerkyness" of said movements just looks so unrealistic, again putting me off, big time. Perhaps it's because I've been playing PES for so long, and have grown used to the familiar PES player movements, I'm not sure..
