Before we can't even open the kits option in licensed teams edit team. What happened when you open Outfielder Player's 2nd? Are there any options to edit the kit or change them with other designs using the .png?

When open the kits it says "You cannot edit this kit". No design options.

Weird isn't it?

If you create teams, better export them to HDD or a USB flash drive. Just in case the weekly updates AND / OR the DLCs will mess with your creations and lineups, you can easily import the team files back again, to restore the status before the updates ;)

Hey,
It's that for option file as well?
Before I create my leave, I want to get option file from here, so I can get everything I need for my game, than crate my league, so if I get options file, and than do the Konami updates every week? It's that mean I will have problems in the edit mode from the option file ?

Thanks guys!

There will be no option files for PS4 at least, that can be shared.
You can only export and import teams (including kits, names, stats etc.)
For competitions, manager names free agent names and things like that, no file can be shared. In the end you will have to edit some things by your own ;)

Thank you for replying, that's annoying to be honest:) not enough or you want to create my own league that will take me quite time it's look like as you mention I probably can export teams and national teams and other leagues but by the end of the day I have to do a lot of things manually to create the perfect option file :). That's a big bummer

So to start create my league, I will do that after I export all the leagues/games I want to have in the game.

But how do exactly I do that?
I put team emblems pictures for the managers kits for the new league everything in USB file and just stick the USB file to the game load it? Do I need to put something like last year as call Konami on the USB fire or nothing like that?

"With the improvement now allowing to change the resolution of the images you can read more images than the limited amount in the past.
(e.g. Change the 2048 x 2048 resolution to 1024 x 1024, and you can add up to 1000 patterns for kits)"

Just to be sure. Does that mean that I can import kits with 2048x2048 resolution into PES 2017 and then change the resolution to 1024x1024 while importing it?
Or do I have to change the kit resolution to 1024x1024 before importing the kits into the game?

You will have to put the images onto a usb flah drive and import them into PES 2017 via DATAMANAGEMENT in EDIT MODE of PES 2017.

My advice is copy one type of images at a time onto the stick and copy them all at once. Eg: first copy all competition logos onto the stick and import them into correct section.
Than delete the files on the usb flash drive and coyp all team logos and so on.

There are sepcific categories you have to copy the files into, so the game recognices them as

a) kits
b) logos
c) emblems
d) stadiums
e) managers
etc

Once you have copied the images into PES you can start edit the teams etc.
To protect your teams from being messed up by updates, export them onto your HDD or USB flash drive after you have finished editing each team.
So if the updates messes with your work, you can easily import the data back into the game ;)

From what I have understood it should be exactly this way or at least similar.
From what I have seen so far, there is a category for Kits 2048x2048 and one for 1024x1024. Maybe importing 2048 into 1024 section will automatically resize the kits?
Someone who did this already should be give us an answer to this issue easily.

Yes you can put the 2048px in the USB Drive and choose what resolution you want to use IG, 2048px or 1024px.

When I imported mine I didn't have an option to select 1024. All kits are in the 2048 section.

Do I copy them over in game?

What's the procedure?
