Wrong.
Juventus Turin were in PES 6(?) when they played in Serie B.

River was , is , and will always be a classic respectable team .. Sure next season they will go back to 1st devision.

not necessarily. Juventus jumped right back into Serie A after 1 year in B because they kept most of their core team which won the Scudetto the year before and were part of the Italy team that won the World Cup that summer. RiverPlate sold their top players like Lamela, Buonanotte and others. Not easy going back up when you sell off so much + those Division B teams will be watering at the mouth to beat them every week. I dont think they're a shoe in to jump back to the Premiera right away.

Nope. Argentina teams for libertadores were Argentinos, Estudiantes, Godoy Cruz, Independiente and Velez.
