Game crashes, and installing patch fails.

When i play through the first season in BAL, everytime the game crash and there is nothing to do. I thought installing a patch would fix this, but the installation seems to crash everytime as well..

I have already tried reinstalling the game, and the patches are downloaded from gamespot.

Help plz :)
