Going back to Pro Evo & have a few questions (92-94 project)

Hi there.

I haven't played Pro Evo since those untouchable days of the PS2.

However I've been thinking about going back for some time now and will be purchasing 2018 on Thursday in preparation for the long Easter weekend.

Anyway, I have been thinking that I would like to sort myself out with teams and squads representing 1992 to about 1994.

I can't imagine I will do much on the facial front of players but I would hope I can at least d/l or create some classic kits for the teams and edit all the squads with correct player names and some sort of player ratings edited for most of them.

I don't know if this is possible but it's an idea. So a few questions so I can get my head round what is potentially possible on PES2018...

(First apology for such noob questions. Second apology for my lack of technical term/knowledge when asking these questions_

1. How do people manage to create such perfect replicas of classic kits? I know there's the PES2018 kit creator online but I mean the specific details of some old kits that I have seen online. How are these achieved? Do you need to create the design yourself or is it a case of finding the patterns etc online and sticking them onto the kit somehow?

2. With these option files I read about; is it a case where you can only have one option file from one person throughout the entire game or can I save say an Argentina '86 squad option file from one person and then save an England '90 squad from someone else and upload them both to play in the game without any trouble?

3. Can I upload multiple option files/kits for one specific team. Take Argentina again as an example. Can I end up with multiple kits to choose from when I play as them or can you only have home and away?

4. If I upload a Paulo Maldini, will he automatically slot into both AC Milan and Italy respectively? Failing that, at least if I create him myself is it a case of making sure his nationality is Italian and then just placing him in the Italian national squad?

5. When creating all these edits/uploading option files - will my edited teams be ready to play in each game mode (especially Master League, as I have missed that in all these years) or when you fire up a certain mode will it revert back to the original game squads and kits?

6. Can you edit the financial structure of clubs before you start out? As in give Leeds United plenty of money to play with as opposed to what they would probably start with?

7. Can you quickly edit a player's rating (to say 64 or 89) or do you have to edit all the other elements of their game that will then equate to those overalls? (Just thinking, for such a large project, the latter could be slightly annoying and time consuming).

8. When editing a player, is there an option for 'potential'. For instance a young player in 1992 who becomes one of the best players in the world by 1997 etc. Think Dennis Bergkamp.

& to finish, is there anything you would recommend that I should know when using option files?

Sorry for such a large post. I hope you'll be able to give me a few clues on these matters before I get the game this weekend. Thanks in advance.

The only thing I can say is, install Cristiano92's Team Packs. There is no Option File anymore. Just Team Packs. Once all of these are installed then come back and ask some more questions. This process will take a lot of time.

Unfortunately, most of us PES Fans have been updating our squads and players etc. since it's release. For me this game is still incomplete and we're now almost in April (6 Months Later).
