I dont understand the hate on the boots, just play abit and the players on the other team will get new boots. I my self like the idea of it, it will be fun and more like real. Just like in real live where there are some for fast players other for freekick and other for shooting, passing etc.

It doesn't matter if they get different boots, the thing is EVERY player has specific boots, well not every player, but alot of different boots, how can you say its fine when all 22 players on the field playing matches have the same boots, it completely kills realism and it looks pretty damn ridicilous.

I think what's even more ridiculous, is stating that the whole game is ruined, simply because players are wearing black boots.
I do believe PES includes an Edit Mode, so you can always just change certain players boots if you'd like, or alternatively download an option file which will do so for you.
If you're not prepared to do either, does it mean the Master League is unplayable? Of course not. The gameplay is what makes PES a solid single-player game, not the colour of a player's boots.
I do understand that it might not be realism in the first games, but I think when we play more games the opp will get new boots which will make them replace it.
I beleive that it does only add more fun options to create the perfect style for me. Maybe it is only me who see it on that way:erm:
editing does nothing. in ML everyone always starts off with black boots.
and it isnt just about colour, its about how ML works. it is built on this boots mode now. i saw a picture where it said (paraphrasing) "boots are now important in ML. look out for players in the transfer window who may have good boots to get that extra boost."
i mean the whole thing is just pathetic

No it isnt , why cant people see that you now get to micro manage your entire squad? I've actually been waiting a for a revamp in training for a long time. Albeit they have marketed it the wrong way but training is now much more intricate.

It would be understandable if it was for your OWN team, not for EVERY team even the AI.
How stupid it is to play against teams who all have the same boots as your players, it makes no sense.

1a) If yes, do base copied players pull through with pre-set faces?
2) Is there an Extra Content menu?
If yes, what can you buy? Max Funds? Hair styles? Glasses?

How can this be nothing? It ruins the whole ML experience and makes it have no authenticity.
How can you say it ruins ML when you ain't even played it yet?

Someone asked if columbia, argentina and brazil have their real kits, I can confirm that they do.
I don't know if there is community online as It won't allow me to log on to the servers.
The boots do not ruin ML just like not having the single league mode doesn't ruin the whole game. I was playing a few games against the computer in ML and hardly noticed the black boots as was just focusing on the game play.
There are some negatives which I've noticed while playing against the computer for the first time. They do not involve much build up play but are very direct and try to attack from the off. So they end up seeming a bit too hurried in their approach.
Corners are useless, they just float in the box and if a player gets a header off it it will float aswell.
Same with standard crosses, so you have to whip it in most of the time tapping circle twice to have any hope of your players heading it in properly.

hey,saw in menus that konamicup is back in the game ,is it possible to select all the teams for a cup and then for every game play with one team and use coachmode for the other team,also if you have pes 2012 can you try use prequeldata ,or use import function to import leverkusen from pes 2012 over a team in pes or we league? thanks.

A lot of players seem even more unique now. I think that improves the physical aspect too.
I played with United a lot and even with their lesser know players for example bebe, is noticeable in the way he plays compared to somoene like valencia or nani. They've got it down to a T now I think.
What I like is that the pacer players a lot more nimble. Once you get in front of you man, there is no way he's catching up with you now if he's slower.
Walcott is hard to catch once he's in front of you but you can bully him off the ball quite easily with a more physical imposing player.

the most important question of all.. have Konami got there acts right and sorted out the keeper issues? coz there crap simply?
And have they sorted out the random player switching, when playing 2 vs 2 online? and niether of you switched the player and it just randomly switches?
