I have just finished my masterpiece, a 1990's classic option file for the PS3 that has taken many months to complete! I just have two important questions from you guys;

1) How do i make it available for everyone else to use? Do I save it to a USB stick first or something? How do I go about doing this? Please make your advice easy to follow and fool-proof please!

2) How can I save this option file in order to use it on somebody else's PS3 i.e. a mates house when we want to do a league? Again, please use simple non-jargony descriptions because Im not a computer whiz and I really dont want to accidently wipe months and months of work!!

Thanks in advance

The fact that im replying to my own thread probably means that I failed spectacularly to ignite any enthusiasm for my 1990's file. Im must admit that im abit pissed off that someone banging on about getting the right shade of green for some superstars footy boots gets more attention than than an entirely new way to play PES!

Come on guys, just imagine....Maradona, Gazza, Van Basten, Gullit, Baggio, Batistuta......erm...Carlton Palmer?

I'm pretty sure that you have to save all your ps3 data i.e. system, edit data etc etc onto a usb stick. Do this by selecting the files on the main ps3 page (xmb or summet like that) and copy to usb. Then what everyone else does is to make it easier to download is to create a zip file with all those file you need via windows explorer. Select the files you need and right click and you'll find an option to "add to archive" thats the way to create a zip file. Any problems let me know or just pvt msg me and i'll sort it out for ya.

Buy the way what exactly have you done with your file, i.e. kits, squads, appreances????

Cheers Pro.Disciple. Ive done about 100 classic teams, most of them have full squads of players. Pretty much all the countries have been done too, so you could easily recreate Italia 90 or Euro 96 for example. The best thing about it though is Master league because you can play with all the old players and modern day players such as C.Ronaldo, Messi, Lampard are 'hidden' away as young reserve players that you can bring up to be the best.

Ive recreated most of the player faces and physiques quite well, and all player stats are based on either early additions of PES and Championship Manager, plus the ProEvo player database and in some cases by watching old clips on you-tube etc. In terms of kits, many of the teams have cool retro strips, apart from the teams that are already fully licenced and therefore un-editable.

that sounds amazing! bring it! pro.disciple told you how to create the zip-file, so please upload the file on filefront, megaupload, rapidshare or any other service, so we can begin to download and play some classic pes. :cool:

Real simple bro so you copied all the files right? Well compress the "PS3" folder using winrar. Then go to file front and upload your file there. After that save the url and make a new thread in the completed files section thats it.
