Defending against corners has always been a sore point in this game.God knows I conceded so many goals from corners but I found a cheat that greatly minimizes this.
This is the cheat: When the opponent is getting ready to play the corner,quickly press Triangle twice and then hold X first then R1 next together with the X.When the cross comes into your box,let go of X and R1 and use direction(away from your goal) and Square to head the ball as far out of the box as possible.However the most important thing is to press Triangle twice before the cross comes in.
As I always state I play my game on the PS3
