You may have read about these new microtransactions, allowing you to buy in-game cash with reah cash. I don't think any of us should be using these online, since it will create an uneven playing field. We'll earn (well, steal) our money. All jobs - fair split.

I can never bring myself to spend real cash to purchase in-game items. Hearing stories of people spending hundreds of pounds on eBay, just so they could sign Messi on FUT 13 disgusted me.

Though rumours persist of a 32-man limit, we know for sure the game allows for 16 people online. It would be best for everyone if we got as close to that as possible, since it's obviously more fun with more on. Currently, we have 19 members of the crew, though I sincerely doubt all of us will be on at once (I'm not even sure if everyone in that 19 has the game). Otherwise, we can always split into two groups.

Some cunts have said they'd join but I've yet to see activity - yes, that includes you [MENTION=1052]Nifty1Pound50[/MENTION] and [MENTION=68340]Keyser Soze[/MENTION]. Who are Monkhouse 8 and Deamz88 by the way? Because they've requested to join.

How big gtao download will be?' thats another factor to consider, we could be talking a 18 gb download which will take about 6 hours.
I said this cause I got a digital copy, and got a warning that I needed 36 gb free in the ps3 before proceeding, and the game was 18 gb, ergo gtao online is 18 gb.

Downloads require double the space they take during the download process. 3GB needs 6GB, 18GB would need 36GB etc. When it's completed then you're left with the right file size.

I guess it's like pouring from 1 litre jug into another; you initially need both but when the second is full you can discard the first.

Makes sense, still, with thousands of players downloading gtao, I guess the servers will get jammed at some point, hopefully not.
