As I'm sure you're all aware, it was on this day 10 years ago when the site that would come to be the site we now know as PESGaming was born (or, at least, this was the day the first member (Hitman) signed up). Having been hatched out of an internet egg, it grew into a strong powerhouse of PES news and insight :eek:ohhh: Such is the strength of the site that even in the last few years, when PES has been floundering in terms of sales, the core community has still stayed together and new members sign up to the site everyday. Here's hoping the site's longevity will be rewarded by PES returning to its former glories in the next few years.

Anyway, I'm sure you'll join with me in wishing PESGaming a very happy 10th birthday :)

Well done with the thread [MENTION=115957]Bammers05[/MENTION], hopefully it'll be deservedly much appreciated.

Let's really try to relive some memories in this thread, and help make it a real piece of history to go down in the Hall of Fame - if any thread deserves that honour, I think it is this one.

I won't reel off too many memories just yet, as it would be nice for the thread to have some longevity.

Given Zyg's recent return, can anyone remember the whole uproar surrounding his kidnapping (or arrest?) - I can't remember it exactly. It'd be cool if we still have the thread kicking around.

I wasn't on here when that happened, but I think I remember someone saying Hitman deleted the thread.

Something went wrong with the database, so hitman had to roll back to a previous one, which didn't have the kidnapping thread.

Then stevieboy's girlfriend signed up. Her name escapes me.

There was also a third one, thinking about it - Lotty or Lozenge or something.

It was always incredible to see the attitudes of even the "cool" regulars change when a girl turned up. Always so nice to her as though they'd get something out of it. I always viewed the females with suspicion. Lucy winning Member Wars remains a farce.

I believe it was to do with the Google search engine, and a way of ensuring our website would appear right towards the top of the search listings. It worked well - last time I checked...

Hmmm, you could've potentially lost a lot of hits. Imagine all these people Googling the word 'penis'. Imagine they make a typo, and end up typing 'pesin'. PESInsight is the first site to pop up.... now, imagine they're drunk and/or dyslexic, and they read it as 'PENIsight'..... boom!! You've just got yourself another hit!
