Anyone who's played Fahrenheit will know that this game is going to be awesome.

Heavy Rain is a "dark, immersive and emotionally-engaging experience" expanding upon the ideas of Quantic Dream's previous adventure game, Fahrenheit (Indigo Prophecy). Once again, the promise is that "every action has a consequence" with a constantly evolving story based on the way you interact with others and the choices you make. SCEE is promising it will talk about topics unheard of in gaming, "making it a genuinely mature game for a new world of adult gamers."

It is doing my head in. The original casting trailer has been around for what, 2 years now? During at least we have had very little information.

I loved Fahrenheit and I'm glad that some gameplay footage has finally been revealed.

This is going to be something special. A game with no Game Overs.....I.E the story will carry on even if your character dies.

Not much is known about this game. But Dark Jak and Miggy seem to know a bit about it especially Dark Jak. Apparently, this game will show off the PS3's capabilities. Big things are expected from this game and from what I've seen the game looks promising. Miggy, once again!!

Playing Fahrenheit will give you some insight to what the game will be like.

As soon as the trailer was shown at GC a lot of people on the GameTrailers' forum were going absolutely mental saying there better be shooting etc. :D

Just a little example of today's generation towards video games.

The biggest example is the amount of first person shooters they bring out.

I can't wait for this game.

That trailer Kev shows one way of playing that scenario. When you enter the house you could

A) Hide and call the police
B) Run and escape
C) Comfront him
D) Kill him

These are just an example on how the game plays.

Basically, the bald guy said that the demo features solely gameplay. It does not contain anything from the actual game's plot, i.e, none of the characters, not the actual plot/story/scenario and no scene whatsoever from the demo will be in the full game.

They made it this way so as not to spoil the gamers' experience when playing the full game, when it is released.

I find it funny how he interpreted the verb 'spoil' in French - he said "Spoy-lay". :lol:

I really like the fact that whatever you do, it affects your story. I even read that the game will continue should your character die.
