Help creating a PES2012 OF for Xbox

Hello friends!

I need help to start this project, Ive been looking this forum and I cant find useful information or the links have expired and googling I just find the same links.

What I want is to create an option file modified just like yours but with southamerican teams wich I cant find.

Ive read the best way is to edit in PC and then convert the option file to Xbox but cant find any program, all links seems dead for pes 2012.

Anyone of you have a program or maybe a better way to do this?

anyone please, Ive seen some tool from smeagol but all of his files have been deleted from mediafire, anyone have a backup?
