Help needed for best settings to enjoy PES

Can someone throw their inputs with the best settings to enjoy the gameplay of PES to the max. By settings, I mean: Gamespeed, Camera, Difficulty, Pass assistance.

I am playing with default camera, game speed 0, difficulty: Professional/Top player/Superstar, and tried all pass assistancees starting from none. I cant get the right balance at all. I loose badly even at professional difficuly and I win comfortabily even at Superstar. I am a seasoned PES player. So I am not a noob as well. Please some one help me strike a right balane to enjoy the game. :(

Just posting in case if it helps anyone. I discovered better settings to enjoy the game according to my preferences. I am playing master's league with Southampton with settings: "2 bar pass assistance, difficulty Top Player, default camera". Play feels realistic and challenging. When I go down to professional, CPU just hoofs up the ball in order to loose posession which is not realistic. To me I loose matches with Top player but feel the flow of the game is realistic so that even if I loose I dont mind..
