im a noob, i cant dribble pass defenders in 1-1 they keep tripping me and on feints the keepers get juked out but still manage to block the ball. Can any 1 share techniques? thx in advance.
help on dribbling and 1-1 scoring

Ok, thats should be too easy, especially in PES6 or WE
ES2007..
There are different techniques:
1. You may use :square: :x: then direction to fake. If its done on the right time the keeper will normally go in the animation of blocking the ball and that will allow the time to pass by him and scores....
2. Another easier method which requires lil of timing is to release :L1: before reaching the keeper and then sprint again using :L1: at an angel direction passing by him.
3. Dribbling past defenders the slower you are the more balance you have to control the ball. So when you dribble you need to accelerates when its necessary.
There are many other styles >>> all you need to be creative with the buttons......

Holding R2 when your shot meter is up will controll a shot instead of blasting it. Try aiming for the corners and the sides and don't be afraid to really move the joystick, big movements are key. A player with high shot accuracy will hit the top corners no probs.
Getting round a defenders is tricky. There are skills and tricks you can pull but usually a good passing move - give and go for example - is the best in my opinion.
Practice loads too!

when im on 1-1 with a defender i slow down then when he comes towards you use :R1: and direct urself ronud him or fake shot some times works to.
With shooting on my xbox i usley jus slighty tap the shoot button cus we a weak shot on 1-1 they usley go under the keeper with easy ( mainly cus they dive to early)

vary your pace... keep the ball away from the defenders.

thx guys. i will try you techniques. I have just been using the R2(didnt know you can trick defeneders with it) and it works perfectly and great on manual pases too. I will try your techniques too, thx again. But i still have trouble with free kicks and headers lol.
Well with the headers that's kind of tricky and to tell you the truth it's takes alot of luck. Always try your best to cross to someone in space or someone who's open it helps alot. Use the shoot button to header the ball (try to make contact when the ball is on your head, timing is key). A tall player will most likely win battles in the air or a player with good jumoing ability. You should also make sure a defender isn't in front of the person your crossing to. You can aim your header with the joystick bottom corners if your being covered tight or a bit higher if your open. Hope this helps good luck.
