Hi guys I got pes 2016 on launch day and got my neymar loan etc and he came and went. I then pawned the game and it was £31 to buy it back. I then noticed it new in grainger games for £30 new so I bought it. Redeemed my code on the Ps store but then when I load my club I have no bonuses no neymar no player contracts etc.

Any specific reason why?? Or are u only allowed to have one bonus per account? I've tried re enter and redeem the code but it says it's already been redeemed. The guy in the shop said there was no reason for me not to get it team of the year player neymar etc.

Yes you only get one chance at it unless you buy another copy of the game.

surely it's to do with our account and once redeemed you cannot multiple redeem because if this was the case you'd have people getting the whole toty squad after buying twenty copies of the game , plus you'd get duplicate players and how would my club recognize that? i think your playstation would blow up lol.

can't you just make a new psn account if it's a new game??? I am bewildered by all this, never owned a playstation that I connected to the internet.

Yea you'd need to have a new account - similar to Steam.
