I Have Amazing Goals To Show But I Cant Save Them In Avi With Fraps
I Pres F9 But It Doesnt Record Anything
I DONT KNOW HOW to minimize the quality of the videos
every video tat i recorded for 3 second was at least 100 mb

Never used Fraps so can't help you there.

Try checking out here to see how to reduce the size once you've made the videos.

As I remember, when you start the program, there is a checkbox to enable the function key F9. If you didn't di it, you can't use the function key.
