Ignoring for a second the fact I was kidding, 33m is, give or take, 36 yards. Look at the end of the 18 yard box and ask yourself, does the ball look another 18 yards past it?


Or, we could forget it, accept I was joking (it is kicked on an angle after all), and agree it was a great strike. After all, my only saved goal so far is a free kick from 25 yards that has amazing curl, but hits both posts (passing behind the keeper as it does so) and comes back out to the feet of James McFadden, who sclaffs it from 2 yards out.

Shot is taken from 2 squares outside the area, area is 3 squares long, thus making 30 yards. Add the extra distance to the middle of the goal and you have your 33m

ive scored tons of long rangers, some trundle in and some are total screamers, i have no xport an therefore no way of gettin them on this but may i also say that i have no technique to do it, i used to fink that gettin them laid off then hittin them was the only way to do it, but it aint, as ive scored tons now, i dont have a WAY to do it tho
