Honestly! How can I record a replay on pc!

I have one simple question to which I can't find a decent answer on the forum:
How can I record a replay from PES 2008 (PC version)?


And please don't put links to this thread:

since it was created in 2005 and only mentions capturing replays of PES 4.


I would really appreciate it if someone could tell / link me information regarding capturing replays.
I mean, information regarding the program to use AND the settings to use them with.
