I want a small team with one or two talents. They are underdogs. Any ideas?

I wouldn't class them as a small team(mega rich in real life) but rubin kazan are a nice team with some good talents such as carlos eduardo, salvatore bocchetti and cristian ansaldi. You could also try someone like parma who have a strong team but would offer you a decent challenge and decent players to work with.

My last suggestion would be toulouse, moussa sissoko is a great CM who can form a great partnership with etiene capoue, you would get some big offers for these players in the future.

I did write out a big one the other day, went to post and then the net went down. Anyway i will do a quick summary. I have finished the first season. I won the PL with some great performances... didnt lose once in the league
2 epic shock games were the away games against Chelsea and Liverpool:
4-1 win Liverpool. Nani, Owen, Rooney, Macheda
4-0 Chelsea. Bale(2), Abate, Macheda
Liverpool one was 1-1 at HT and then second half they went to sleep... Chelsea underperformed the whole game, however VDS was epic in making saves and not letting in a goal.

Won the Cup 2-0 against Arsenal. Hernandez and Rooney scored

Lost my first and only game of the season in the CL final against Inter. Lost 2-0 and i also had Raf and Evra sent off.

During the summer this is what happend transfer wise:

Out:
Berba sold to Inter
Fletcher
Kus
Brown
VDS(retire)

Turned down an offer for Scholes... Barca wanted him

In:
Pato
Hart
Lindegaard
M.Richards
VDS(brought him in as the new goalkeeping coach... brilliant)

Squad size is now 28/32

Into the second season now:

2-0 home win Sunderland. Bale, Pato
4-0 win Blackburn. Abate, Owen(2), Hernandez
0-0 away draw Wolves
many wasted chances

question. How is bebe doing for you? I noticed he's scoring goals. Has his rating skyrocketed? tell me a bit about of his development as im curious.

I created Bebe myself using the stats database... although i lowered his stats as they were too high for my liking... However he is doing brilliant. His rating has gone up 2-3 OVR i think... i havent been paying attention to that. I have been paying more attention to each stat going up which seems to be happening a lot... after every good game a certain stat will go up if he has done well.

started with PES united and default squad(so that i had the lowest starting money possible) then changed team name to dynamo kilbridiev and default squad, currently in my second season on top player in sixth position. put all other european teams in pes league and division 2. won promotion in first season alongside AEK athens and CFR Cluj. hoping to get europa league football or maybe sneak into fourth champions league spot though i am currently eight points behind fourth placed fenerbache with 8 or 9 games left to play so thats unlikely.
my usual starting eleven is this though it varies depending on fitness and form.

I'm playing with the New York Red Bulls using the MLS option file that is recently created, check it out!

My goals are
1. To create a dynasty
2. Develop and groom young players and build up a great academy. I kinda want to be the Ajax of the US.

Some problems with the file is that I'm competing in the UEFA Europa League as well as the US open Cup(American league cup). I actually don't mind playing in the UEFA europa league though.

I only signed 2 players from the youth team as I thought it would be cheap to sign all the players since they are highly rated for the MLS. The 2 players I signed were Paliermi(81) and Cooper(70?). Paliermi will be starting from day 1 and Cooper will be my future GK in development. I expect Cooper to take over the reigns in 1-2 yrs and for him to be a really good GK for that matter. I also signed Russendale(84, 31 yr old RB for a cheap price). I really didn't want him but I was forced to make him a offer in the beggininig for the ML.

Some of my younger players that I expect to be decent-good players in the future are(Agudelo, Ream, John Rooney(Wayne's little bro), Hertzog, Lassiter and Tonny Tchani)

Starting Eleven:
-------------Condoul(75)
Albright(73)----Ream(73)-----Paliermi(81)-----Russendale(84)
----------------------Marquez(83)
Richards(74)-----------Solli(67)-----------Lindpere(73)
------------(C)Henry(84)
-------------------------Agudelo(67)

I rotate my players alot. Especially with a bulky schedule I have tons of games so I need to keep my players fresh. Players like Tonny Tchani(64, 21 yrs), Brian Nielson(67), Luke Rodger(65), Lassiter(61 defender, 21), Miller(70).

In my Us open cup games I plan to play only young players only so they get time to develop. I play on rotating some younger guys in as the season goes on.

After 8 matches or so I am in first place with like 15 points? 2 points ahead of the 2nd place, I'm in 2nd place in my UEFA europa group league and won my 1st US open cup.

Right now Thierry Henry is doing really good. 6 goals in 8 matches and I usually take him out in the 2nd half to keep him fresh for future games. Jan Gunnar Solli is also playing pretty good for me and scored almost a hatrix in my recent game.

What are some your guys techniques to develop players faster? I bought a better coach in the beginning and upgraded my academy system.

Will update as I go on.

Luton town fc

If you don't mind the ramblings of a PES nerd ;-)

Started a ML (Pellegrino ops file) and took WE United with the Defaults and made them Luton Town FC! Currently on the back stretch of season1 and mired in mid-table, with grim promotion hopes for the Premiership this term.

The gutting of the defaults and bringing new blood to Kennilworth Road began as soon I got my keys to the office :) Following the Wenger model, who train 10 miles down the road, it was off to Ligue 1 and Europe for undervalued gems, along with mass promotion from the Youth team. The club lacks the money or prestige to go any other way.

With a 5 year plan to be winning the Premiership/Champions League double and sustaining that level thereafter, skilled teenagers and players in their early 20s are the targets.

The pre-season transfer window brought in:
CF – Schwarz - Youth
CB – Palmieri - Youth
SW – Schmidt - Youth
AMF – Shimizu - Youth
SMF – Pelaez - Youth
GK – Fatecha - Youth
CB – Mattson – Youth
SMF – Goossens - NEC Nijmegen - £373k
CF – Riviere – AS Saint Etienne - £1.782mil
CMF – Sivakov – Cagliari Calcio - £308k
CB/SB/DMF – Kana Biyik – Stade Rennais FC - £946k
CF - Giroud – Montpellier HSC - £784k
AMF – Eriksen – Ajax - £1.475mil

With the exception of Giroud (24), all the other players were 22 or younger. Eriksen, Riviere and Giroud could be Luton's 3 prong attack for 5 yrs, when Giroud gets swapped and someone else can partner the other two who can reach a decade playing together. As everyone starting with the defaults knows, Palmieri can be given the captain's armband now and be the rock at the back for as long as you play.

Mediorce results and a lack of goals dominated the 1st half of the season as the manager - ahem, my poor playing skills ;-) - wasn't doing a good enough job with the players available.

The January window provided the 2nd chance to punt out the old and bring in the new. Trying to bring in 'home nation' players is an expensive and largely futile proposition for Luton Town. Apparently players expect more than a Nandos, Pizza Express and Lloyds Bar and also expect a load more to come and play. You can try and sell them on the leafy wonders of Hertforshire but kids these days.

With that, the following were brought in:
CMF – Meyler – Sunderland - £1.008mil
WF – Griezman – Real Sociedad - £1.566mil
CF/SMF – Kramaric – Zagreb - $270k
CMF – Ekdal – Bologna FC - £1.418mil
MF – Wilshire – Arsenal = £2.700mil

Those moves put 4 new starters into the lineup and finished removing the defaults from the starting 11 and effectively the squad. In his first match Griezman destroyed the opposition's right back, setting up all three of his countryman Riviere's goals.

For around £12mil minus the default sold, we've settled on the following lineup, as a 3-2-3-2:

--------------Giroud---------------------------------
---------------------------Riviere-------------------

Griezman--------------------------------------------

---------------------Eriksen-------------------------

----------------------------------------------Wilshire

---------------Ekdal----------------------------------
---------------------------Meyler---------------------

-------Mattson-----Palmieri-------Kana Biyik-----------

-------------------Fatecha----------------------------

Bench: Schwarz, Kramaric, Shimuzu, Paelez, Sivakov, Schmidt, Goossens

So far the 2nd half has been better. Promotion isn't looking likely, but there are some signs things are picking up and that next season should definitely see a move to the Premiership. Eriksen's breaks into the box, Giroud's headers, Greizman's runs and Meyler's dirty work have been the bright spots and working Ekdal and Wilshire into the game more is needed. There are some quality players out of contract to try and poach before the season ends and tactics to improve.

Also I guess the MLS takes the spot of the Bundesliga that alot of other option files have?
