I saw a great movie that shows a free kick of some PES2 player, and the kick was a curl one.

how can I shoot a curl free kick?

To curl the ball, hold a direction, left or right, while the power bar for your kick is rising.

Works better for players with a good curling stat, like Beckham.

Best thing to do is try practicing on the the training ground. Changing the camera to behind the kicker gives you a good view of how much it curls.

You can add variety by holding up or down while kicking too, to change the height and speed of the kick.

Holding up = slightly lower but faster kick.
Holding down = higher but slower kick - good for when you are close to the area.

Use these in conjunction with the curving for different effects.
