I recently started playing ML in pes 2016. There is one thing I didn't understand yet. How can players gain skills. My secretary told me that a side back is usually using dribbling skills to get pass the opponent's defenders and is spotted many times practicing flip flap in training sessions. So the question is: how can I make that player gain the flip flap skills? Should I give him more playing times? Use flip flap more often in matches? Adjust his training to dribbling instead of defense which is his current one?
